What's the minimum order quantity?

Stocked plain-weave and welded mesh can be cut from a single metre. Custom weaves, alloys and fabricated parts usually start at one full roll or a small batch of panels. Send the spec and we'll confirm.

How do I choose between woven and welded mesh?

Woven mesh gives tighter aperture tolerances and finer openings, so it suits filtration and sieving. Welded mesh is more rigid and holds its shape once cut, so it suits guarding, panels and reinforcement. Use the mesh calculator above for open area, or ask an engineer.

Can you cut, frame or fabricate the mesh?

Yes. Common secondary operations include:

Slitting and cut-to-size sheets
Discs, rings and laser-cut blanks
Edge binding, framing and hooked edges for screens
Rolled cylinders and filter elements

Do you supply material certificates?

Every alloy order can ship with mill test certificates showing chemical composition and mechanical properties, plus our own inspection report for aperture and wire diameter.

How fast can I get a quote?

Standard items are quoted within one business day. Complex fabrications that need engineering review usually take two to three days.
